ABOUT THE COMPANY

We founded Firefly in the spring of 2015.

I have always believed — and still do — that we should care about the people around us, even if we don’t know them personally.
That belief became the foundation of Firefly — a company dedicated to manufacturing and wholesaling reflective products that make the world brighter and reduce injuries on roads, in residential areas, and beyond.

(The purpose of a reflective element is simple: in low-light conditions, drivers can see it from a significant distance. When a pedestrian or cyclist wears reflective element, their visibility increases dramatically — and so does their safety.)

We began by producing accessories for pedestrians and cyclists, relying on proven, practical solutions.
Over time, we expanded our product line and began testing and introducing new developments.

In 2018, we officially received a patent for our proprietary fabric-based reflective elements.
Each year, we continue to expand and enhance our product range.
One of the core principles I personally prioritize as CEO is delivering exactly what our clients expect — or exceeding those expectations.

That is how we operate: we observe, research, test, refine, improve — and keep making our world brighter.

QUALITY

After decades in sales, I’ve come to understand one fundamental truth: in the end, quality is what matters most.

Yes, clients may complain about delivery delays. They may be frustrated by persistent calls or follow-ups from sales teams. They may raise concerns about one thing or another. But all of that is forgotten the moment the client receives a QUALITY product.

I have seen this time and again. A year or two later, partners no longer remember past frustrations — PROVIDED that throughout that time they consistently received high-quality products from us. They simply continue doing business with us.

But if we ever deliver a product that fails to meet expectations, that’s different. They will remember it for years. Or they may quietly walk away without saying a word.

That is why, over the years, we have established one uncompromising rule:
The quality of our products must meet our standards — and, most importantly, exceed our client’s expectations.

From time to time, a shipment that is ready to leave the factory is sent back for rework. The quality did not meet our standards. Yes, it causes delays. But in the end, the customer receives a SUPERIOR PRODUCT.

Occasionally, I discover that something we shipped did not fully satisfy the client. The factory overlooked an issue. Quality control missed it. As a result, the customer did not receive exactly what they expected.

When that happens, I mobilize the entire team. We gather complete documentation of what went wrong, identify how many units are affected, conduct a full investigation into the cause, and escalate internally until the issue is fully resolved. We make certain the customer ultimately receives exactly what was originally promised.

That means delivering a high-quality product — every time.

This is my non-negotiable principle, and it is fully shared by our leadership team and every member of our company.

DELIVERY

We work on a made-to-order basis. You can tell us exactly which reflective elements you need, and we will produce samples according to your drawings. We will then send you photos and videos so you can approve them or request adjustments if necessary.
If you need physical samples that you can see and touch, we will produce them for you. In most cases, the samples are free — you only pay for FedEx or DHL shipping to your address.

Once the samples are fully approved, we quickly manufacture the full production batch at our factory in China and ship it to you.

Express delivery — 12–15 days, including all customs procedures.
Standard delivery — 35 days, including all customs procedures.

After that, you receive your reflective products — and the world becomes a better place!
